Diagnostics & Damp Solutions

Finding the real cause, not just covering it up.

Solving the Problem, Not Just the Symptom

Too many damp and render problems get patched rather than properly diagnosed, a fresh coat applied over an issue that’s never really gone away. We work differently. Every job starts with proper diagnostics, so the solution we apply actually solves the problem, rather than hiding it for a year or two before it resurfaces.

A diagnostic-led approach costs a little more time upfront, but it saves far more down the line: fewer call-backs, no work carried out on a wall that was never going to hold up, and a finish that’s genuinely built to last. It’s the same rigour we bring to every rendering and plastering project, whatever the scale.

How we work

Damp Readings

Using proper moisture meters and readings, we identify exactly where damp is coming from and how far it’s spread, rather than guessing based on visible symptoms alone. It’s the difference between treating a wall and treating the actual cause.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging lets us see what’s happening behind a wall before any work begins, cold bridging, missing insulation, trapped moisture, all invisible to the naked eye but clear on a thermal survey. It means we can plan the right solution from the outset, rather than discovering problems halfway through a job.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dan and his team have done an excellent job carrying out some internal and external repairs and repainting at our house. They are a delight to deal with. The quality of their work was first-class. We are already looking to re-engage them to carry out further work.

Daniel and his team were polite, tidy and genuinely nice chaps and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and having more work done myself. A premium product and service that is well worth it!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dan and his team were fantastic. They removed the damp and damaged render, treated the brickwork and fixed external insulation. They were friendly and professional throughout. I then got them back in a few months later to re-plaster the internal walls. Would highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat.
